Pillars of Health

Pillars of health - like any foundation / platform, if there is an unstable pillar (weak pillar) it will undermine the rest of the system.
Wellness, therefore is the organism is harmony across all systems.

 

Nutrition + Exercise + Relaxation + Sleep = Wellness

Body IQ methodology encourages a starting point of understanding baselines - then we can have better intervention and design strategy to create change.  

Plan - Do - Review

Have a great plan for the week

Daily movement - should be as important as daily hygiene. 

EXAMPLE - 

Daily Movement  - 30 minute walk / gym session / game of tennis 

Daily nutrition  - eat an apple

Daily ME time - read a chapter. no phone for 30 minutes

Daily REST - Stretch / early to bed.
